HESPA’s Workload Management interest group, which is led by John Tully (UEA), invites you to attend a workshop entitled: Current Challenges in Workload Management.
The event is being led by the interest group and will start by recapping on the last workshop with a case study from the University of Dundee which reflects and provides lessons learned from their own implementation of a workload model. It will then move on to examine some of challenges posed by workload management in our current higher education environment. These include considerations around the REF and other research related matters and facilitated discussion time will be incorporated. The event will also cover issues relating to transparency and building trust between colleagues.
There is a nominal £50 fee for attending and this is just to cover room and catering costs and also to provide a sense of commitment from attendees.
