HESPA Mentoring Week
To start off the new year on a positive note, we are holding our first ever HESPA Mentoring Week, from 17-21 January 2022. We have some great events lined up – which you can find out more about below, and book onto by clicking the links.

FREE Mentoring Masterclasses
If you're considering signing up as a HESPA scheme mentor but need some confidence to get started, or are an existing mentor who wants to hone your skills, join us for this 3 hour masterclass with experienced coach and facilitator, Lesley Broughton.
Workplace mentoring is a powerful means of supporting optimal performance and self-directed learning. This masterclass will give you the confidence and essential skills to make a positive contribution to the development of future talent within your profession, as well as helping to develop your own leadership skills. Content will cover:
Introduction to the HESPA mentoring scheme and our SUMAC matching software
Join HESPA's own Jen and Monica as we let you know more about the HESPA mentoring scheme. We'll be talking about why we started the scheme, how to sign up, how we match you (or rather, how our software does!) and why you might want to join us.
Discussion and Networking: How do we measure the mentoring schemes success?
Whether you are already involved in the scheme, or only signing up this week, join us for a discussion on how we can best measure the success of the HESPA mentoring scheme. Share your thoughts and feedback on how we can ensure we are providing a quality mentoring service to you, the best ways to monitor this over time, and help us brainstorm the challenges we face.
