Strengthify Engage and the Strengthify Profile: what's new for strategic planning teams

HESPA supporters, Strengthify, have a new tool which you may find of interest. Please see below for further information about Strengthify Engage:

Strengthify is pleased to announce Strengthify Engage, a new shared digital layer for everyday leadership, alongside the Strengthify Profile that sits behind it.

Strategic planning and business intelligence teams are stretched, time is limited, and delivery is expected through constant change: restructuring, service consolidation, new priorities landing without proportionate extra resource. The issue is rarely motivation. It's what happens under pressure: reflection time disappears, conversations become reactive, and teams fall back into familiar patterns even when people care.

The Strengthify Profile gives planning teams a shared, practical language for how people communicate, make decisions and respond under pressure, a starting point for conversation, not a label. Strengthify Engage keeps that language visible in real work: a manager can open it before a 1:1 to see how someone prefers feedback, or a team weighing a difficult decision can use a shared strengths grid so disagreement stays about the work, not about styles being misread. When a service is restructuring, leaders can use aggregated patterns to anticipate where friction is likely to land and which teams will need more support.

For planning teams, that means clearer ways of working and steadier collaboration when a strategy shifts again.

For planning managers, it means more confidence in feedback and change conversations, with support that fits into a diary that's already full.

For directors of planning and senior strategy leaders, it means a scalable way to keep leadership consistent across teams, and a clearer view of where restructuring is likely to create friction, before it does.
