Brendan has been at the University of Northampton for the past seven years where he oversees the business intelligence, management information, data governance, student number planning, statutory returns, and performance/KPI reporting. Prior to this Brendan was at the University of Leicester where he established a planning function. He has also held several non-planning roles at other universities. He has been involved with a number of the HESPA Special Interest Groups and has enjoyed his involvement with the HESPA Mentoring Programme, as he is passionate about developing the planning profession and helping shape sector-wide capability and career pathways.
Outside higher education, Brendan is an experienced Chair of a Multi Academy Trust and a qualified volleyball coach.
