Nina has over 15 years’ experience in UK higher education, with a focus on strategic planning, strategic risk management, and strategy development and implementation. She currently leads the Unit Business Planning process at The Open University, supporting alignment with institutional priorities and promoting integrated, collaborative, and accountable planning. Her career includes roles at Imperial College London, University College London, and the University of Luton, as well as strategic leadership in early years education.
Nina is delighted to join the HESPA Development Committee, contributing her expertise and experience to support sector-wide professional development.
