About Lesley
Lesley Broughton is a chartered psychologist, facilitator and coach working in the field of personal and professional development. She has extensive experience of working in the HE sector, previously as HR Director, and in recent years partnering with PHES in running their UK-wide action-learning sets for senior professionals.
