HESPA Annual Conference 2023 (virtual)

Please read through the following information, and follow the instructions based on your situation:

• I, or a colleague at my institution, had a place booked for the face to face conference

Those who had tickets to the cancelled face-to-face event were contacted with their options, including converting their existing individual booking to give them whole institutional access to the virtual event. That is to say, any colleagues from your institution are able to attend the event for free. If this applies to you and your institution, please click the "book now" button and enter the discount code which you have been sent via email, to ensure you are not charged. If you are unsure whether this applies to you, please email us. Please book your place using the discount code, even if you are the person who held the original face to face booking. 

Once we have received your booking, you will be sent your own personal, secure link to the Hopin platform where the conference is being held. Please note that these will be sent one week before the conference, not as soon as you book. If you have not received your link after this time please email us. 

• Nobody from my institution had a place booked at the face to face conference

Those who were not booked on to the original face-to-face conference are also welcome to join us for the virtual conference, and you can purchase insitutional access (so access for you and any colleagues) for £550 + VAT via the book now button. As this is an institutional access ticket, please only book and pay for one place per institution. Your colleagues will then be sent a discount code via email to use to book their free place.

Once we have received your booking, you will be sent your own personal, secure link to the Hopin platform where the conference is being held. Please note that these will be sent one week before the conference, not as soon as you book. If you have not received your link after this time please email us. 

• Nobody from my institution had a place booked at the face to face conference but my colleague has since booked an institutional access ticket

You should have received a discount code from us via email. Please click the "book now" button and enter this discount code to ensure you are not charged.
