Harriet Fisher, Senior Manager, Governance, Risk and Compliance Services, KPMG
Harriet works with public sector internal audit clients across Scotland and the North of England. She has a wide range of experience of reviewing the different risk management processes put in place by organisations across the public sector. She has also been involved in helping to design risk management processes for newly formed NHS bodies.
Harriet currently delivers internal audit to a number of Universities and is keen to hear from a range of institutions about how they use risk management to deal with the wide range of challenges and opportunities they face.
James Lucas, Director, Governance, Risk and

Institutions in providing assurance and advisory services.
James leads the Governance, Risk and Compliance Services
team in Scotland for KPMG, working predominantly across the public sector in Higher Education, Healthcare and Government.
James is a Certified Internal Auditor, Chartered Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and holds a professional qualification in Risk Management. He has over 15 years of delivering internal audit and risk management engagements to clients and really enjoys helping Boards and Executive Management teams to improve their approach to risk and their risk management frameworks.
