HEIs are now able to access and process ever larger quantities of data, coming from various sources – internal and external systems, students, social media, etc. - ever more quickly. However, data, KPIs and analytics must be related to strategic objectives and drivers to make a real difference to service quality and performance.
In this online workshop over two consecutive days, we will address a range of questions, including:

About Pietro Micheli:
Professor Pietro Micheli joined Warwick Business School in 2012 and he’s since been Course Director of the Executive MBA (2017-2018), Course Director of the Distance Learning MBA programme (2018-2022) and now Head of the Operations Management group.
Previously, Pietro was Senior Lecturer at Cranfield School of Management and Research Fellow at the Advanced Institute of Management (AIM) Research in London. In 2009-2011 he was appointed by the Italian Parliament as one of five Directors of the Commission for Public Sector Evaluation in Rome.
His areas of expertise are strategy implementation, performance measurement and improvement, and innovation management.
Over the past 20 years, Pietro has worked as a consultant, mentor and facilitator with over 60 organizations, including British Energy, Emirates, Jaguar Land Rover, KLM, Shell, United Arab Emirates Government, UK Cabinet Office, Department of Health, and House of Lords.
