The Steering Group for the Strategy Development and Implementation SIG would like to establish a small working group to deliver a collaborative project with the results to be shared back to all HESPA members.
Project vision: To build a set of strategy implementation frameworks that can be flexed to meet differing institutional needs. The framework will bridge the developed strategy to the annual planning process and supplemented with templates and best practice examples. The deliverables from this project will be published on the HESPA website.
The meeting
During this initial meeting, Craig (the SIG chair) and the steering group will share information with HESPA members and gather feedback. The meeting is open to any member who is interested and would like to know more.
Participants will be asked to feedback their thoughts in the chat and via breakout rooms. Please come prepared to join the rooms, we will gather written feedback but also welcome participation during the session.
After the meeting we will be seeking colleagues to join a small working group to deliver the project.
