This
session brings together colleagues from HR and Planning to discuss workforce
planning and academic workload management.
Sally Marlow, Director of Human Resources at York St. John
University will speak about workforce planning.
Caroline Price, Director of Planning and Insight at The
Manchester Metropolitan University will speak about Workload Management.
We will
then open to a discussion about the potential for more direct collaboration
between workforce planning and academic workload management activities and how
this could benefit the sector at a time of extensive transformation.
