HESPA Annual Conference

HESPA holds a face-to-face conference once a year which takes places across two days in February, providing all-important networking opportunities as well as great speakers and workshops.
The next face-to-face HESPA Annual Conference will be in February 2027, location to be confirmed.
Details of this conference will be released in Autumn 2026.
We are always looking for new ideas for plenary speakers and workshop sessions, so if you have any suggestions (whether it is something you might want to run yourself, a recommendation for a specific speaker or just a general theme that you think would be interesting to explore) please let us know via email.
